    Description

    Antique Gold Filled Victorian Era Woven Hair Beveled Glass Mourning Pin/ Brooch in very nice condition with no damage. I believe it to be gold filled as I am not sure.  This was hard to photograph and looks really beautiful in person.
    On the backside it says "Our Mary died Jan. 19th 1848.  Age 37 yrs."  Then below that is initials.  It is in excellent condition with no damage.  I do not know the quality and size of the pearls around the edge.  The last picture shows that it measures just over 1 1/4" long for the oval pin/brooch itself.
