I purchased this from a dealer and this was the description that came with it.
“This is a very unique antique Austro-Hungarian pendant in black and white enamel and 800 purity old sterling silver. It sais 'Viszontlátásra' in Hungarian, that means: See You Again Later, referring to the afterlife. It is a very wonderful and probably one of a kind mourning piece - I have not seen anything like it up to now, so I think this was likely custom made for someone. Made in black and white enamel with ornate swirls on the side, and hand written tiny text in the middle. From the end of 1800s. Has patina and some wear on the enamel, as expected for a piece of this age. 29mm with bale.”
